Back-to-back CARDIO KICKBOX
Get your punches and kicks ready. It's a kickboxing marathon! This 1.5 hours non-stop Cardio Kickbox class will be a great opportunity for members to learn the correct techniques needed for kickboxing classes, to enchance both muscle and cardio endurance as a fighter and you will have the chance to try some of the fanciestkickboxing moves that have never been seen in normal classes. Fun and swear is guaranteed!
** Members are encouraged to invite a friend to join.
