
Seasons offers a wide variety of sessions of differing intensities for all abilities and tastes. We believe in offering practical fitness options and therefore offer short lunchtime sessions for members who are on the move.
The Main Studio runs energetic sessions such as Cardio Kickboxing and Step classes. The Mind and Body Studio is quietly tucked away on the lowest floor and offers a wide variety of Yoga and Pilates sessions.
Apart from Spinning Classes and BOSU where places are limited, there is no need to make a booking. Feel free to just walk in and join as many sessions as you like.
