As a basketball player from 1995 to 2001, I represented Hong Kong in numerous international basketball tournaments and had chances to compete with future NBA stars. Although my basketball career was interrupted by a motorcycle accident when I was about to depart for the 2002 Asian Games, it didn¡¦t break my spirit and I decided my new career in professional fitness training. I have moved from Australia (Brisbane) after living there and migrated there for 20 years, and my background is of 12 years full of sporting activates, such as professional kayaking, basketball, rugby, etc¡K. My best asset as a personal trainer is the ability to create a large variety of effective workouts without using many weights machines. Training Philosophy
I started boxing since the age of 7 in England, where I was born and raised. After winning the National Schoolboy Championship, I started kickboxing, and won the Eastern County English Title. Not long after, I realized that I needed something more, and then went on to Thailand and trained in the Art of Muay Thai. It was totally a new challenge which pushed me to limitations. It was my honour represented Hong Kong to fight the Macau Invitation Competition to win the competition.
During my fighting career, I have also studied a lot of different professional exercises that helped me to achieve my goals. I have experience in teaching boxing and Thai boxing in both England and Hong Kong. In my training sessions, I will ensure that every clients gets full 100% workout and satisfaction.
