INTERVAL TRAINING
Maximum workout for those with minimum time!
3 times a week!

Circuit Training is a time-efficient, interval-style workout that yields great results. Perform cardio drills improve aerobic endurance and burn calories, while athletic drills-incorporated as short bursts - trigger anerobic metabolism. The finishing touch is a strength training segment that targets large muscle groups and improves muscular endurance. Just go until you drop!!

XTREME INTERVAL:
Monday     1:00 - 1:45pm
Thursday 12:15 - 1:00pm

SUNSHINE INTERVAL (outdoor):
Wednesday 7:15-8:15am
(meet at reception)


Get to class on time.
If you're late, enter quietly and take a spot at the back of the class.

Turn off your mobile.
Or switch it to cilent. If you do need to answer a call, take it outside the studio.

Don't be a diva.
GX classes are open to all, and you don't own any particular spot in class. So be flexible,
follow instructions and respect those around you.
