Small group fitness training can be a great option when you want to enjoy more personalized attention, but spend less money than working directly with a personal trainer. Small group classes are offered in a variety of formats such as BoxingFIT, TRXRip+, FunctionalFIT, BURNnFIT, etc. They can provide much more focused attention to the participant’s goals than traditional large classes.

What Small Group Fitness Classes Entail
Small group classes generally have 4 to 6 participants under the coaching of a personal trainer. These small groups most times have a specific activity in mind, as opposed to general fitness. Also, often included in the price of training is a personally tailored exercise program and pre-training consultation (as if you were working one-on-one with a trainer). However, during workouts, the attention of the trainer will be divided amongst all participants of the class.

Is Small Group Fitness Training for You?
If you are motivated by personal attention, and enjoy having someone there to ensure that you are doing the exercises correctly, small group training may be the option for you. Compared to a personal trainer, small group fitness is a great saving, and you can still experience tons of encouraging personal attention!

Hello everyone. I'mm Henry Chan and I'm excited to be promoted recently to Fitness Supervisor in Seasons Fitness. I have been working in this field of fitness training for more than 15 years. I'm glad to have chosen this field that I enjoyed working on. I have worked on various roles including receptionist, fitness instructor and personal trainer but the role of Fitness Supervisor represents a new challenge to me. This is the first time I have worked on a role with management responsibilities. Even so, I'm confident with it and believe that we will be an energetic team to help our client to achieve their fitness goals. SEASONS FITNESS OFFICE TIPS
1. 胸及頸後肌肉的伸展:
先將雙手放頭後,吸氣擴胸將手肘打開伸展胸部;呼氣慢慢將頭向下放鬆手肘閉合在胸前;將肩部放鬆下沉。感覺頸後部分有伸展後停止,重復做三至五次。(留意雙手的重量足夠令頸部伸展,不要用手力將頭下壓)

2.肩部的伸展:
先將右手臂橫放在胸前,後將左手放在右手肘位置。先吸氣;呼氣用左手將右手臂向身方向下壓。感覺肩膀後部分有伸展後停止,重復做三至五次。轉另一邊手。

3. 腰部的伸展:
先將雙手臂橫放在胸前,手肘升起同肩成同一高度。先吸氣;呼氣將雙手臂和肩部同時向身體左方轉動上半身,感覺腰背有伸展後回轉上半身到正面。吸氣後再向另一方向轉動。左右重復做三至五次。

4. 腳部及小腿的伸展:
先坐下或半蹲下將右腳伸直放在身前腳尖向上。將右手放在右腳上,先吸氣;呼氣將手伸向腳尖,感覺腳後和小腿有伸展後停止。重復做三至五次後轉另一邊腳。

5. 前臂的伸展:
先將右手伸直在身前抬起至肩膀高度,手指放鬆向下後轉動前臂至手指指向右方,將左手從下方放在右手手背上。先吸氣;呼氣用左手將右手掌向身方向下壓。感覺前臂上部分有伸展後停止,重復做三至五次後轉另一邊手掌。

Following classes will use BOSU as core equipment:
Monday (1:00 – 1:45pm) EXTREME INTERVAL
Tuesday (6:00 – 6:45pm) CORE TRAINING
Thursday (12:15 – 1:00pm) EXTREME INTERVAL
Friday (7:15 – 8:00pm) BOSU CIRCUIT

Get to class on time.
If you're late, enter quietly and take a spot at the back of the class.

Turn off your mobile.
Or switch it to cilent. If you do need to answer a call, take it outside the studio.

Don't be a diva.
GX classes are open to all, and you don't own any particular spot in class. So be flexible,
follow instructions and respect those around you.
